Conference captures GBA, ASEAN synergy

Greater Bay Area Conference 2023, co-organized by China Daily and Hong Kong Coalition, was held on Wednesday in Hong Kong.

Themed “When GBA meets ASEAN - One Heart and One Mind”, the conference brought together government officials, industry leaders and academics to discuss emerging opportunities in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and the Association of Southeast Asian Nations region.

Vice-chairman of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference Leung Chun-ying and Hong Kong Chief Executive John Lee Ka-chiu attended the event, among other dignitaries, and delivered speeches.
