ZHE Wenming serves as the Vice President of JD Logistics. As a researcher-level senior engineer, he has over 20 years of experience in the research, development, architecture, and application of e-commerce, Internet, and supply chain. He specializes in the integration, innovation, and application of technologies such as the IoT, big data, AI, operations optimization, and blockchain in supply chain.


Since joining JD in 2012, Zhe has held several important positions, including Chief Architect of JD Logistics, Head of the Technology Architecture Department, and Chief Technology Commander for JD Logistics' major projects. Under his leadership, JD Logistics has successfully implemented projects such as the first 5G intelligent logistics park, the first carbon neutral logistics park, and the first 5G fully connected intelligent warehouse in China.


In 2020, Zhe led the project "Research and Application of Large-scale E-commerce Logistics Center Robots and Intelligent Scheduling Systems," which won the first prize of the Beijing Science and Technology Progress Award. Additionally, he has received several provincial and ministerial-level awards, including the first prize of the Beijing Technical Invention Patent Award in 2023, the 2021 Postal Industry Technology Talent Award, and the 2020 China IoT Annual Technology Innovation Award. He has published 7 papers in top international journals and has applied for over 30 technology invention patents. He has also led and participated in several national research projects of the Ministry of Science and Technology, the National Development and Reform Commission, and the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology.
