Born on 12 September 1969 at Champasack province, Laos. Graduated with a Master Degree on Tourism Industry Management at National University of Lao PDR.

She has been appointed as director General of Tourism Business Management Department, Ministry of Information, Culture and Tourism since 2020 until present.

Within the context of research Tourism and Hospitality Trainer, Tourism Policy make, and the same time, she also worked for the project since 2013-2020 particularly, “Green Safe” project was funded by the Luxemburg in Laos. she has been carrying out many tourism projects.
