Philip is the Vice Chairman of the Green Development Institute and General Manager of the Green Technology Center. Philip has nearly 30 years of experience in strategic planning, enterprise growth advisory (from seed to speed, from speed to scale), technology sub-verticals ecosystem building, enterprise risk and governance, large project management, information system design & implementation, and business process optimization. Philip is a member of the Green Technology and Finance Development Committee of the Hong Kong SAR Government, chairperson of the Green Technology Working Group of the Greater Bay Area Green Finance Alliance, expert member of IPSF CGT TEG and committee member of Carbon Inclusion Commission of All-China Environment Federation(ACEF). Philip also serves as independent non-executive directors of Bank of China International Limited and Aquila Acquisition Corp. (the first SPAC listed company in Hong Kong).

Philip was the Lead Partner and Head of Technology Sector for KPMG in China, where he served as the Lead/Core Partner establishing the “Future 50” technology ecosystem for various sub-verticals, including AutoTech, RetailTech, FinTech, BioTech and Chipset. Philip led the team in establishing an online + offline OMO service model for high-growth technology companies, and developed a technology enterprise ecosystem APP, connecting startups, corporates, investors, research institutes and government bodies.
